What this service is
positivebehavioursupport.au is an independent service that connects people who need positive behaviour support with registered NDIS behaviour support providers. We're not a provider, we don't deliver behaviour support, and we're not part of the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Information on this website
Our guides are general information, checked against official sources at the date shown on each page. They aren't clinical, legal or financial advice for your situation. Rules and funding change, so check with your practitioner, plan manager, support coordinator or the NDIS before making decisions.
Providers
Providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They're responsible for the support they provide, their prices and their service agreements with you. You're free to choose whether to go ahead with any provider. We check providers against our standards, but we can't guarantee availability, outcomes or the quality of the support they deliver.
Providers pay us for introductions. You don't pay us anything.
Using the website
- Give accurate information, and only submit someone else's details with their agreement.

Emergencies
This service is for arranging ongoing support. If someone is at immediate risk of harm, call 000.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from the services of providers we connect you with.
